Refund Policy

Refund Request or Cancellation

At CertumSSL customer satisfaction is our top priority, supported by our refund policy. If you’re not pleased with your purchase from CertumSSL, you can cancel your purchase from the manage order page in your account or submit a Ticket within 14 calendar days of payment. A refund to Account Funds can be processed very quickly, however, a refund usually takes 72 hours to process.

Exceptions

The 14 Calendar Days Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the purchase of products requiring hardware and shipping, or additional SANs (Subject Alternative Names), due to limitations from the Certificate Authorities. For products requiring physical hardware to be shipped, you may cancel prior to shipment for a full refund. Once the order has been processed, only a partial refund is eligible — the cost of hardware and shipping will be deducted.

If a subscription product is cancelled, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period and the service will simply not renew. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.

In the event that a certificate was purchased for fraudulent use, the purchaser forfeits the right to a refund/exchange and the SSL Certificate or web security product will be immediately canceled/rejected/revoked.
